Yes! We deliver, set up, and pick up everything — you never lift a finger. We prefer to deliver the day before your event and pick up the day after when possible. If that is not available, we deliver a couple of hours before your event and pick up within a couple of hours after. If you need an exact delivery or pickup time, there is an additional fee since our team needs to stand by specifically for your window.
Our delivery window starts at 8 AM and our last pickup is at 8 PM. If you need delivery or pickup outside of those hours, we can accommodate at an additional cost. Just let us know when you book.
Yes. Every inflatable is commercial grade, cleaned and sanitized before and after every rental, and fully inspected before it leaves our facility. We anchor every inflatable correctly for your surface type and follow all manufacturer safety guidelines. We carry full liability insurance and are BBB accredited.
Remove shoes before entering any inflatable. No silly string — it permanently damages the material. No food, drinks, or sharp objects inside inflatables. Adult supervision is required at all times. Toddler units hold a maximum of 4 riders at a time with a total weight limit of 150 pounds. Standard bounce houses hold a maximum of 8 riders with a total weight limit of 400 pounds. Water slides allow 1 rider per lane at a time with a maximum of 250 pounds per lane.
We set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, pavers, and indoors. Please let us know your surface type when booking. Grass setups use stakes and hard surfaces use sandbags. There is a small additional fee for sandbag setups due to the extra labor involved.
Rain alone does not affect inflatable use — we set up as normal when rain is in the forecast. If you prefer to reschedule before we deliver, your deposit rolls over to your new date at no extra cost. Once we arrive to deliver, there are no rainchecks or refunds. For wind, we send a text at 15 mph winds to deflate the inflatables for safety. We will not set up if winds are 20 mph or higher at delivery time. We never set up during lightning under any circumstances.
If you cancel more than 1 week before your event, there is a $50 cancellation fee and the remainder of your deposit is returned to you. If you cancel less than 1 week before your event, your deposit is non-refundable but is kept as a credit on your account toward a future rental.
Yes. We require a 50% deposit to secure your date and rentals. If you need help with the deposit, we can set up a payment plan. The remaining balance must be paid in full before we arrive to deliver. We accept credit and debit cards, cash, Zelle, CashApp, PayPal, Venmo, and checks.
