Weather Policy

Safety always comes first.

Our Mobile Rock Wall cannot operate during:

• Lightning

• Heavy rain

• Sustained winds over 20 MPH

If light rain passes through, we'll pause operation and resume climbing once conditions are safe. If weather significantly impacts your rental after setup, we'll work with you to provide a partial credit toward a future rental whenever possible.
