Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great service!! I wasn’t sure exactly how I wanted the bounce house situated in the small area that we had to work with, but the team went above and beyond to make sure it worked and help create the best experience. My son had an amazing time with the bounce house at his birthday party!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently held a memorial for our son in Florida, although we live in Michigan. Planning everything from out of state was challenging, but Family First made this part of the process so easy.

From my very first contact with them, communication was excellent. They were wonderful to work with through text messages, the equipment was in great condition, and the setup was fantastic. Everything went smoothly, without a single issue.

At such a difficult and emotional time for our family, having a company that was dependable, professional, and genuinely cared about customer service meant more than they probably realize.

Thank you, Family First, for making one less thing something we had to worry about. Your kindness and excellent service were truly appreciated. I would highly recommend you!
