 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. overall great experience with the bounce house we ordered from them. however the day of the event i got a call that there was high wind and to take it down immediately they never messaged or called back when it was safe for it to be put back up. 2 different people responding to my  messages during the first communication with the company the other person didnt know what they were doing.

The communication with family first events was superb, always communicating throughout the entire process up to the very day of delivery. I never had to question. What time to come in? If they remembered as I did book well in advance even throughout the process, I had a little hiccup in the middle of the day.
