 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. overall great experience with the bounce house we ordered from them. however the day of the event i got a call that there was high wind and to take it down immediately they never messaged or called back when it was safe for it to be put back up. 2 different people responding to my  messages during the first communication with the company the other person didnt know what they were doing.

If they remembered as I did book well in advance even throughout the process, I had a little hiccup in the middle of the day.
