• The first 10 miles from our warehouse are FREE.

• Delivery beyond 10 miles is based on the distance between our warehouse and your event location.

• A minimum order of $150 is required.

• Some delivery areas may require a higher minimum order depending on travel distance.

• Your exact delivery fee will always be provided before booking.

Professional delivery, setup, teardown, and safety inspections are included with every rental.

• Most rentals require a 50% deposit to reserve your date.

Weather & Cancellation Policy

Florida weather changes quickly, but we're prepared.

• We do not cancel rentals due to rain alone.

• Contact us at least 48 hours before your event if you'd like to reschedule because of the forecast.

• Once setup is complete, refunds or credits cannot be issued due to rain.

• For everyone's safety, inflatables cannot be operated during high winds or lightning.
