• The first 10 miles from our warehouse are FREE.

• Delivery beyond 10 miles is based on the distance between our warehouse and your event location.

• A minimum order of $150 is required.

• Some delivery areas may require a higher minimum order depending on travel distance.

• We'll always provide your exact delivery fee before you reserve your rental.

• Most rentals require a 50% deposit to reserve your date.

• Full payment is due before setup.

Weather & Cancellation Policy

Living in Florida means afternoon rain showers are common.

• We do not cancel rentals due to rain alone.

• If you're concerned about the weather, contact us at least 48 hours before your event to discuss rescheduling options.

• Once your rental has been delivered and set up, refunds or credits cannot be issued due to rain.

• For everyone's safety, inflatables cannot be operated during high winds or lightning.
