Weather Policy

Florida weather can change quickly.

• We do not cancel because of rain alone.

• If weather is a concern, contact us at least 48 hours before your event to discuss rescheduling.

• Once setup is complete, refunds or credits cannot be issued due to rain.

• Operation must stop during high winds or lightning for everyone's safety.
