Where does Family First Events and Rentals deliver?

We are based in Fort Myers FL and deliver throughout Southwest Florida. Our standard delivery area covers within 30 miles of our warehouse, including Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres, Cape Coral, North Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, Estero, Naples, San Carlos Park, Gateway, and surrounding communities. We also deliver beyond 30 miles — fees increase based on distance. Contact us if your event is outside our listed area.

How much do party rentals cost?

Accepted Answer

Bounce houses start at $151, water slides start at $200, obstacle courses start at $200, foam parties start at $225, tents start at $150, chairs start at $2.88, and mechanical bull rentals start at $698. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout. We offer military discounts, weekday discounts, repeat customer discounts, and coupon codes on our website.

Is a deposit required to book?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A 50% deposit is required to book. Payment plans are available if needed. The balance must be paid in full before delivery. We accept credit and debit cards, cash, Zelle, CashApp, PayPal, Venmo, and checks.

How far in advance should I book, and what is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We recommend booking 3 to 4 weeks in advance. Water slides, mechanical bulls, obstacle courses, and bounce house combos book up the fastest — especially from February through November. For holiday weekends, book as early as possible. Cancellations more than 1 week before your event carry a $50 fee and the remainder of your deposit is returned. Cancellations less than 1 week before are non-refundable but your deposit is kept as an account credit toward a future rental.

Do you deliver, set up, and pick up everything? Are your rentals safe?

Yes — we handle 100% of delivery, setup, and pickup. We prefer to deliver the day before your event and pick up the day after. Our delivery window is 8 AM to 8 PM. If an exact time is required, there is an additional fee. All inflatables are commercial grade, sanitized before and after every rental, and fully inspected before delivery. We carry full liability insurance, are BBB accredited, and provide Certificates of Insurance upon request.

Question 7

What is your rain and wind policy?

Rain does not affect inflatable use — we set up as normal. You may reschedule before delivery at no extra cost and your deposit rolls over. At 15 mph winds we will text you to deflate. We will not set up at 20 mph or higher. No refunds once equipment is delivered.
